Relaxed, Refreshed, and Ready for a great week ✌️
The first quarter of 2021 was absolutely wild. From completing 75 Hard, to working my butt off at work and experiencing a ton of exciting growth in our businesses, I found myself approaching burnout. Something I've learned over the last year is the importance of prioritizing my mental health and giving myself breaks when I need them. The last 2 weekends, I was very grateful to be able to take some time off.
I spent the first weekend of April visiting a friend in sunny San Diego. One of my life goals is to be a “snow bird” before I turn 30. I LOVE living in the Pacific Northwest, but I would also love to spend the winters somewhere warm. I notice a significant difference in my happiness and mental health when it’s sunny. Why wait until my 60’s to make this happen? Living my life by design and speaking this dream into existence!
Then this past weekend, I spent a night in a cabin in the woods, and then went to Leavenworth and stayed at the BEAUTIFUL Post Hotel. This place has been on my bucket list for years, and it did not disappoint. I'm feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready for a great week :)
Creative Procrastination
Is procrastination always a bad thing? Here’s what I think:
April Challenge
I'm excited to bring back my monthly challenges after a 3-month hiatus during 75 Hard! I’m doing an Ab Workout every day in April!
Off-Market Acquisitions Team
Since the beginning of this year, the inventory of new listings on the real estate market has been insanely low. This is resulting in crazy competition among buyers and investors. So what do we do? We adapt. A few weeks ago, we launched our Off-Market Acquisitions Team to find real estate opportunities not currently listed on the market. We're focusing mainly on distressed properties in Tacoma, but if you know of ANYONE looking to sell their property but doesn't want to go through the hastle of fixing it up and listing it, we'd love to help them out!
Other Stuff
I finally got to try the famous Cinnamon roll from the Cat and Rabbitt in Tacoma! It did not disappoint
The Seattle Mariners’ biggest fan! So many fun memories with this crazy kid at M’s games over the years
We've welcomed 10 AWESOME new agents to our team since the beginning of the year, and we designed our training program to help them dream big and create a solid plan so that they can hit the ground running. SO excited to see what these rockstars are able to achieve!
