Arrivaderci Italy

Yesterday was my last day studying in Rome! I had two exams in the morning, our final group dinner in the evening, and Karaoke round 2 after that. All 23 of us went to Karaoke and sang our hearts out. I woke up this morning with no voice. It was the perfect last night in Italy.

Today, I packed up my stuff, had one last pizza and gelato, and headed to the airport. Rome’s airport is crazy! I had the wrong gate printed on my ticket, so I spent about an hour and a half running around the airport looking for the right gate. I’m supposed to board my plane to Split, Croatia in about 2 minutes. I have no idea what to expect, but it should be an adventure. Italy’s been amazing, and I can’t wait to come back.
