First Week of 75 Hard

My first 7 days of 75 Hard are in the books! This is a 75-Day Challenge designed to develop mental toughness and discipline. Here are the requirements:

1. Two 45-minute workouts every day (one of them has to be outside)
2. Follow a diet. I'm doing intermittent fasting for 16 hours/day, balanced meals, no alcohol, and no sweets
3. Drink 1 gallon of water every day
4. Read 10 pages of a nonfiction book every day
5. Take a progress picture every day

I've also added a few extra things to my daily checklist. This includes reading my daily devotional, praying, writing in my Gratitude Journal, and filming a Day-in-the-Life Vlog. Check out the vlogs from the first 7 days HERE!

I did one of my workouts this week with the Theory Team. We went on a BEAUTIFUL Sunset walk at Point Ruston!

Schitt's Creek Motel in Seattle!

Any other Schitt's Creek fans out there?! This is probably my favorite show of all time, and last weekend I had a chance to check out the Rosebud Motel replica that a homeowner in Seattle built. Felt like we were stepping right into the show!

Buying a Home in 2021?

I've met with 4 friends this week to chat with them about buying their first homes :) I am always honored and grateful when people trust me and my team to help them through this process. Buying a home is typically the largest financial decision that we make in our lives. And even more than that, choosing where we live and call home is not something to take lightly. At Theory, we Put People First - No Matter What. We NEVER pressure our clients into making decisions that they're uncomfortable with. We make sure that every person we work with is educated and informed every step of the way. If you're thinking about buying a home this year (or in 5 years), I am always happy to chat and answer any questions you have about how it all works! You know where to find me.
