My Morning Routine
Last year, I read a book called The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. It’s all about creating a morning routine for yourself to start your day off on a good foot. Over the last year, I’ve developed my very own morning routine that has made a HUGE difference in my life. Check out the video below to see my morning routine in action!
Here’s my step-by-step morning routine!
5 AM - Wake up. Splash water on my face. Brush teeth. Watch video of the day on the Motivate App. Make bed. Get ready for the gym.
5:10 AM - Drink pre-workout. Review Goals.
5:15 AM - Drive to the gym. Listen to pump-up music.
5:30 AM - Work out. Listen to audiobook. Cardio.
6:30 AM - Sauna. Hot Tub.
6:45 AM - Take shower. Get ready for the day.
7:15 AM - Drive to the office in complete silence. Pray. Breathe deeply. Visualize my dream day. Think about 3 things that I’m grateful for.
7:30 AM - Turn up the office! Turn on the lights. Make coffee. Start some music.
7:45 AM - Drink coffee at my favorite spot in the office. Get ready for the crazy day ahead!
9 AM - First meeting of the day!
