Starting a Vlog!

Why I’m Starting a Vlog

One of my goals for 2019 is to challenge myself and step outside of my comfort zone. Doing things that are new and uncomfortable is a GREAT way to grow and become a better version of yourself. If we go through life only doing things that are easy and comfortable, our personal growth will become stagnant. And how boring is that?

Vlogging is something that makes me uncomfortable. Filming my day and talking to a camera is weird. It doesn’t feel natural at all, but I know that it will get easier over time. My goal is to release a new video every single week. I’m planning on making videos about my morning routine, my favorite books, how I organize my life, and much more. Please let me know if there’s anything you think I should cover!

For the month of February, I decided to cut a few things out of my diet. For the whole month, I didn’t drink alcohol or soda, and I didn’t eat fast food or sweets. It was HARD, but it was worth it. Proving to myself that I could do it was a huge win and an amazing feeling.

For the month of March, I’m doing something that I know will challenge me a TON. I’m going to wake up at 5 AM every single day and go to the gym every single day. I’ve gotten into the habit of snoozing my alarm, and I’m not allowing myself to do that anymore. I’m excited to see how this goes (and hopefully get into the best physical shape of my life!)
